You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled by men.

You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. The Holy Spirit used these words from the Sermon on the Mount to give Corneliu Medrea, director of Bethlehem Christian Center, a vision for a multi-faceted evangelistic campaign. Christ's words to His disciples over 2000 years ago are true today as well; Jesus gave us a very special command to be salt and light in a world full of darkness and decay.

Bethlehem Christian Center, along with many partners in Romania and abroad, are working to follow the command to be salt and light in order to reach the lost.
